Fenbendazole Dosage Guide

The opinions expressed here reflect our personal experiences and ongoing investigations into the use of fenbendazole to regain health and homeostasis. We are not medical doctors and cannot give medical advice.

Fenbendazole is not FDA approved for human usage yet because of the great amount of research now available and the long track record of safety with use of this medication, each must make a personal decision for or against its use.

Because of its various modes of action, Fenbendazole has been shown to be at least somewhat effective with ALL cancers. An individual’s success usually depends on dosage and whether or not they have chosen a trusted fenbendazole product. Unfortunately, many Fenbendazole products on the market are not as they appear so it’s important that you choose a trusted brand such as Panacur or Happy Healing.

Here we give information based on past experiences so people can make informed decisions. Dosage recommendations are mentioned in hopes of keeping our community safe.

The information in this document and this group it not to be substituted for medical advice.

If you are pregnant or nursing, please consult a healthcare professional before taking any medications or supplements.

STEP #1

222-300 mg daily 3 days in a row with 4 days off then repeat.

This is a low dosage to make sure that you can tolerate the medication. There are not many side effects of fenbendazole but one can experience a “Herxheimer reaction” as the body struggles to rid itself of toxins.

The Herxheimer reaction is a short-term (from days to a few weeks) detoxification reaction in the body. As the body detoxifies, it is not uncommon to experience flu-like symptoms including headache, joint and muscle pain, body aches, sore throat, general malaise, sweating, chills, nausea, or other symptoms.

This is a normal and even healthy reaction that indicates that parasites, fungus, viruses, bacteria, or other pathogens are being effectively killed off.

It is very important in this stage to make sure you are resting, drinking enough fluids and eliminating well with an average of 2 bowel movements per day. If needed you can take a cleanse product like magnesium oxide or cape aloe to keep your bowels moving.

STEP #2

222-300 mg 7 days per week.

If you are feeling fine without experiencing too much of a herxheimer reaction then you can progress to this dosage in just 1 week. If you are struggling, you can stay at Step #1 until you are ready to progress.

***After 1 month of treatment it is suggested that you get a CMP (Comprehensive Metabolic Panel). This is standard blood work that will check liver and kidney function. It is normal for these numbers to increase yet if they become dangerously high, it’s advisable to return to the 2.5 mg per kg dosage to let the body adapt and to raise the dosage more slowly.

STEP #3

Keep increasing dosage by adding additional doses of 222-300 mg. Start by adding 1 additional dose then go up to 2 additional doses for a total of 666-900 mg daily.

During this phase it’s important to get a CMP every month to check liver and kidney function.

PLEASE NOTE:

Some increase their dosage far beyond these recommendations. This has to be a personal decision. Many use dosages between 1,000-2,000 mg daily with great success. One must weigh the potential benefits vs. the risks. In these cases, it is highly recommended that you monitor your kidney and liver functions frequently.

It is normal to see results after a few months on fenbendazole. How long you continue to medication is up to you. If seeing good progress without problems, most stay on it until they are whole and healthy. After achieving this, many drop back down to a lower maintenance dose as in Step #1.
